With nearly two decades of experience in the industry ranging from Executive Chef to Sommelier, Melissa Lavrinc Smith has organized a team of experts to best serve your restaurant's needs.

Food

Our panel of CIA trained chefs and pastry chefs will work with you to bring in local purveyors, develop menus, control costs, and train your staff to execute all changes. 

Wine

A sommelier will be assigned to your establishment to revamp your winelist, create signature cocktails, and extensively train your staff in order to make the most out of one of the largest areas for revenue.

Staff

Our qualified and experienced staff will asses your current staff, from management to bussers, hire, terminate, or retrain existing staff in order to set your restaurant up for success. Success will be based on the highest standards, respect, and the ability to lead by example.
